An Important Message about NAMI San Fernando Valley Services

Our voicemail and email SHOULD NEVER BE USED in an emergency or to request direct resources for your ill loved one.

If you face a life threatening emergency please call 911.

If your loved one is in crisis and there is time to create and carry out a plan to help your loved one, you may be helped by Crisis Info on this website.

We always welcome your calls and are happy to provide general information and lists of helpful resources and educational programs to help you. Unfortunately, because we are an all-volunteer organization, we cannot respond immediately
to your phone calls or emails. We do the best we can to respond but we cannot suggest specific resources or actions any place other than at our meetings.
To discuss specific problems about your ill loved one, we invite you to attend
our scheduled NAMI San Fernando meetings (see our meetings schedule
on this web site).
