MEMBERSHIP

If you wish to enjoy the benefits of membership in NAMI San Fernando Valley the tax deductible dues are as follows:

	$35 for full membership in the San Fernando Valley AMI, NAMI-California, and NAMI-National and all three newsletters
	$15 for membership to the San Fernando Valley chapter only. You receive just the local newsletter.
	$50 -99 for Benefactor membership.
	$100 for Patron membership.
